Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through laborie.shop.
Delivery Area
LABORIE currently ships only within its supported mainland France delivery area.
We do not currently ship to:
- Corsica;
- French overseas departments and territories;
- military addresses or military bases;
- destinations outside mainland France;
- addresses that cannot be serviced by our available delivery services.
Orders submitted with an unsupported delivery address may be cancelled and refunded.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders within our supported mainland-France delivery area.
No minimum order value is required.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within:
1–3 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding French public holidays.
Order Cut-Off
Our daily order cut-off time is:
16:00 CET/CEST
Orders placed after 16:00 CET/CEST are treated as received on the next business day for processing purposes.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or French public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
The order cut-off relates to processing and does not constitute a next-day delivery guarantee.
Transit Time
After dispatch, estimated transit time is:
3–5 business days
Processing and transit are separate:
Processing: 1–3 business days
Transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If you identify an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
